What we collect

HandoWorks processes the information service businesses and their customers put into the platform: contact details (name, phone number, email, service addresses), job and appointment records, estimates, invoices, payments, messages, and communication consent records (what you opted into, when, and how).

How we use it

• Running the platform: scheduling, estimating, invoicing, payments, and messaging
• Delivering the communications described in our SMS Terms
• Maintaining a consent audit trail as required by law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

Text messaging & mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the vendors we use to deliver messages (e.g. our SMS provider), and only for that purpose. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers required to run HandoWorks (cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS/email delivery) under contracts limiting their use of it, with the business you are a customer of, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & your choices

Consent and opt-out records are retained as legally required even after account deletion. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, manage preferences in the customer portal, or contact us to access or delete your data.
